The only reason for your disappointments are your expectations.
Expect things to a particular limit, cause in case it does not go the way you want it to you will end up hurting yourself.
Stop expecting an individual to treat you the way you treat 'em. If you are good to a person, and the same person does not treat you the right way, don't change yourself if the person not good to you isn't changing. Kindness and selflessness need to be the first thing you need to keep in your mind when you treat people.
Keep yourself focused, stop thinking and expecting much about the future.
