Forbidding 'Could'

Forbid 'could' and believe me, you'll be happier than ever before.
We all have this thoughts, after we miss out something massive: if I could have done it, what could have happened, and the list just goes on without terminating.
Don't leave any chances or opportunities when you got time. Unfortunately due to some or the other real reasons you are not able to do it, it's fine there is no issue, make it when you can do it. Don't think much about 'could' you can't change the past, but by changing your present you can certainly alter your future. There is no point looking back at those points, when the line ahead is just moving on.
Stop complaining about the past.
