Your only aim has to be to:
Keep learning
Trust the process
Work more harder and smarter
Give your best and ensure that you are not getting addicted to materialistic things whilst working hard towards your goal. You might be an atheist, but there must definitely be a person or thing in which you believe a lot. Don't let go of your belief in them. If you do believe in God, spiritualism is much more powerful than we know. Make time for God you believe in, and the rest will all be well. If it ain't, God is doing it for your good, so you can learn, from every problem. Don't go to God for the purpose of gaining fruits, if God has given you life make time for him too. Materialism cannot bring back all the people you have lost, the memories. Looking on at the brighter side materialistic things can certainly help a person in need, but using materialistic things for betterment of others, is an act of kindness. Make the right use, but don't get addicted to materialism.
