Optimism

Optimism and hard work are definitely going to prove to be very beneficial for long term profits.
When your mental attitude perceives optimism, it will help you bring lot of positives in life. When you start being optimistic, you are open to a wide range of thoughts. Try being optimistic and you'll feel much much better. 
When you say you are optimistic, you are expected to predict unfavorable outcomes too, thats what makes you a genius. Genius is the opposite of expectations.
Hard work. It's of no use if you are not ensuring that the work you are doing is smart or sensible enough, to bring you better outcomes.
Let's try to be optimistic whilst being hard working too.
