No matter what you think, but the reality is that you only live in present not in your thoughts.
It's a different case about turning thoughts in to reality, but that only happens when you start working on it. Thinking more and doing nothing is enough for you to let go of the reality. And when you think more you overthink. Over-thinking will silently kill you and just grow more and more the more you feed it. Even after this realisation we keep forgetting that thoughts are not reality, its only our imagination where things are being played around. But the play ground is where you are physically present. Negative vibes. The end product if over-thinking. You suffer more in your thoughts than your reality, and if you start suffering more in your thoughts how can you be able to work in the reality.
