The way you react is what makes up your mind.
Any situation or circumstance that occurs, and you have already reacted to it, ask yourself if the way you reacted was right, and what effect it might have on your present and future. *Never Regret* Reaction already initiated is past, can not be changed, should not be thought. But before you react be wise of your actions. The change might be what you did not want, but you can always react in a positive manner to neutralize. It's tough adjusting to yourself when things don't go your way, but you need to back yourself, it's a hard process but very very beneficial.
